This European Country Estate home was developed in cooperation with the architect firm of McIntyre, Capron, and Associates for the Philadelphia Magazine Design Home.  A design-build construction methodology was utilized to construct this one of a kind residence that exudes intricate planning, state of the art technology, and exquisite architectural detailing.

This inspired home, anchored by a dual level exterior courtyard, was constructed for entertaining and includes a wine cellar off of the dining room and butler’s pantry, an oversized dual island kitchen open to the two story great room, and a full bar, lounge, sauna, and billiards area in the lower level.

A seamless transition is created between the interior of the home and its exterior, as guests of the home can meander from the family room, foyer, or master suite to the upper courtyard featuring an outdoor stone fireplace and a hot tub that cascades into the lower level pool and water sunshelf.  The lower level patio also feature a timber framed summer kitchen complete with grilling and entertaining areas.
